Ingredients
1pc frog (washed and cut into pieces) 4 pcs seedless red dates (cut in half) 5 pcs fresh chestnuts Half pc sausage (sliced) Some chopped green onion 240g rice 240ml water |
Marinade: 1 tbsp soy sauce Moderate ground white pepper 2 tsp ginger juice 1 tbsp rice wine Moderate sesame oil 2 tsp cornstarch |
Method
1. Put the water and washed rice in the steaming tray, arrange the red dates and chestnut meat on it, place inside the 7-in-1 micro-steam oven and cook with steam 3 for 20 minutes
2. Add the marinade to the frog and marinate for 20 minutes, set aside
3. Take the rice out, put the frog and Chinese sausage on it, and continue to cook with steam 3 for about 10 minutes until cooked.
4. Sprinkle chopped green onion
5. Enjoy
