Method
1. Remove the head and devein shrimp, wash and drain dry, cut squid into bite size, cut broccoli and cabbage into small pieces, shred the carrots
2. Fill the water tank with water, put 1 in a microwave safe container, arrange clams around it, pour the lemon juice over and sprinkle with parsley, put it on the glass pan and place inside the oven at level 3, cook with steam 3 + microwave 180W for 13 to 14 minutes
3. Drain the juice of the cooked seafood, combine salad dressing, yoghurt, olive oil, salt and black pepper in a small bowl and mix well with the seafood
4. Enjoy
