• 5 cabbage leaves (approx. 20 cm long) | |
• 100g minced pork | |
• 50g shrimp (deveined, chopped) | |
• 30g carrots (chopped) | |
• 30g Chinese turnip (chopped) | |
• 10g green onion (chopped) | |
• 15g oyster sauce | |
• 18g soy sauce | |
• 4g sesame oil | |
• 1.5g salt | |
• 16g corn starch | |
• Some ground white pepper |
Method
1. Fill the water tank with water, put washed cabbage on the steaming tray and place inside micro-steam oven level 3 cook with steaming 3 for 7 minutes, take the steaming tray out and soak cabbage in cold water, drain dry and set aside
2. Mix minced pork, shrimp, carrots, Chinese turnip, green onion, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, white pepper, and corn starch in a mixing bowl
3. Put 1/5 of the meat mixture on each cabbage leaf, roll and secure them with toothpicks
4. Put the cabbage rolls in the microwave heat-resistant container then on the steaming tray and place inside micro-steam oven level 3 cook with steaming 3 for 23 to 25 minutes
5. Take the cabbage rolls out and cut in half
