Method
1. Chop red chili, garlic, basil leaves, thin slice lime and lemongrass, set aside
2. Mix chopped red chili, garlic and basil leaves with fish sauce, lemon juice and sugar
3. Wash fish and pat dry, sprinkle with salt and lemongrass
4. Put the fish on the heat proof plate and place it on the steam container, then on the glass pan
5. Place the glass pan inside the oven at level 3, cook with automatic programme P11, set the weight to 0.4kg. Take the fish out after the programme finished, pour the sauce over and arrange lemon slice on top, then put it back in the oven and cook with steam 3 for 2 to 3 minutes
